Spread the Sign featured on It's Nice That


The new identity for the universal platform for sign language featured on It’s Nice That. We helped Spread the Sign begin to break the barriers to global communication with a brand identity and digital design for their pioneering free sign language sharing platform.

Like sign language itself, the identity was devised around the hand with a visual expression to challenge stereotypes associated with hearing impairment. The bespoke typography for received a special merit from the Tokyo Type Directors Club in 2014.
